CONCEPT, EXHIBITION VIEW

The project sets out to revise and overturn the traditionally negative connotations associated with the concept of migration, presenting it instead as a natural, necessary and deeply human process. Through a curated selection of artworks, the exhibition aims to reflect on migration not as a threat or a form of separation, but as a catalyst for transformation, growth and resilience. Each work becomes a visual testimony of the journey – both physical and inner – undertaken by those who migrate, highlighting not only the many challenges faced, but also the opportunities for rebirth and cultural enrichment. The works on show tell stories of connection between distant worlds, reflecting on the meaning of migration not only as movement, but as an act of resistance, evolution and adaptation. Through this exhibition, the goal is to promote a new narrative — a vision that celebrates migration as a resource for social and cultural change. The exhibition invites the public to confront their own perceptions and prejudices, encouraging a deeper reflection on coexistence, identity and diversity, while offering a perspective that values the human richness generated by mobility.
